Behind the collection
How a small, considered season of made-to-order Florangi gowns takes shape — silhouette, colour and the woman each one is cut for.
We don't design a collection so much as a small, considered season — a handful of silhouettes, each one made to be cut to a single woman. The point was never to make many. It was to make yours.
Where a season begins
A season begins with a feeling, not a trend. A colour seen at golden hour. The way silk crêpe falls when it isn't fighting a size chart. From there the silhouettes are drawn — a draped column, a sculpted bodice, a maxi built to move — and each is left deliberately open, so it can be shaped to the woman who orders it.
One woman, one gown
Every gown in the season exists to be remade for you: your measurements, your neckline, your length, your colour. What you see is the starting point of a conversation, never the finished article. That is the quiet luxury of made-to-order — you will never see your gown on anyone else in the room.
What stays the same
The fabrics are chosen for how they move. The finishing is done by hand at the Mumbai atelier. And the person who sketches your gown is the person who answers your first message. The season changes; that doesn't.
