Meet Sadikshya
“I wanted to dress the woman who dresses for herself — not for the room.”
Founder and creative director of Florangi. She has spent her life around clothes — trained her eye in Nepal, brought it to Mumbai, and now cuts every gown herself to one body at a time. Her mantra: a gown should fit the woman, never the woman the gown.

Craftsmanship
How one gown becomes yours — from the cloth in hand to the box at your door.

The cloth
It begins with the fabric in hand — silk crêpe, organza, chiffon — chosen for how it moves on you.

The pattern
Your measurements become a pattern drafted for your body alone — the quiet engineering behind the drape.

The cut
Cloth is cut by hand, once, to your pattern. There is no second size to fall back on, so it is done with care.

By hand
Seams, finishing and detail are worked by hand at the Mumbai atelier until the piece sits exactly right.

Pressed & boxed
The finished gown is hand-pressed, boxed and delivered — ready for the occasion you dressed for.
